His Royal Highness Prince Henry now His Royal Highness the Duke of Sussex and Meghan Rachel Markle now Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex tied the knot at St George's Chapel in Windsor.

A few hours before the wedding, it was announced that Her Majesty the Queen had conferred a Dukedom on her grandson; The Duke of Sussex. His titles are therefore Duke of Sussex, Earl of Dumbarton and Baron Kilkeel.

The Prince of Wales walked the bride down the aisle halfway through from the quire to the altar. This was announced a few days prior that the bride asked her father in law to walk her down the aisle after her father walked out.

The Service was led by the Dean of Windsor, was Solemnised by The Archbishop of Canterbury and the Address was given by Bishop Curry from the Episcopal Church in the USA.

A few poignant moments was when the Prince of Wales held the bride's mother's Doria Ragland's hands while going to sign the registry and at the end of the service where the Prince of Wales held both The Duchess of Cornwall and Doria's hands while step down the stairs.

Later in the evening, The Prince of Wales hosted the evening dinner at Frogmore House a few km from Windsor Castle.

For the wedding The Duchess wore a bespoke Fiona Ciare and a Philip Tracy floral hat

Yesterday, Their Royal Highnesses carried out engagements in London that celebrates technology, innovation and sustainable fashion.

Their first stop was at the YouTube Space in King's Cross, where they met YouTubers and learnt about Google Arts & Culture projects.

During their visit, they also tried on virtual reality headsets and saw how Google Arts & Culture allows internet users to explore historic locations and sites in an interactive way. Archaeologist Jago Cooper of the British Museum showcased the Ancient Maya project, which explores the story of the Maya through interactive photos and video.

YouTubers Joe Sugg and Louise Pentland talked to Their Royal Highnesses about how they create videos that are watched by millions and discussed topics including traditional thatching and children’s literacy. Literacy is a keen topic for The Duchess especially in promoting literacy and Louise Pentland is an author.

During this visits, His Royal Highness sat down and heard the stories of Joe Sugg and Omar Sharif, 26 including many others. Including how the Prince of Wales' baby and foundation The Prince's Trust worked and taught Omar the skills to where he is.

Next, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall visited Yoox Net-a-Porter's (YNAP) cutting edge Tech Hub office in White City, which has been developed by the online fashion retailer as part of their investment in technology and operations.

YNAP employs close to 5,000 people with more than 2,000 based in London. As part of the tour given by CEO Frederico Marchetti and Caroline Rush of the BFC(British Fashion Council), Their Royal Highnesses visited a showroom featuring British brands and sustainable fashion and met students who were taking part in coding workshops.

Inside, new British talent in sustainable fashion, textiles and design industries were showcasing their works.

On their final day in Greece Their Royal Highnesses spent the day in Crete.

They began their visit at Knossos Archaeological Site where they were welcomed by Professor John Bennet, director of the British School at Athens, who gave Their Royal Highnesses a tour of the area.

The Duchess of Cornwall later met a group of school children learning about Minoan life in Crete while The Prince of Wales joined a "Cooking Like Minoans" event where His Royal Highness added honey to a Greek pot containing a lentil dish.

She continued the day at Lyrarakis Winery, a family run business which champions the rediscovery of formerly extinct ancient wine varieties. She was given a tour of the winery by the owners before attending a wine tasting reception. During the visit, Her Royal Highness said, "I never had Greek wine before, but it is delicious. I will certainly have it again."

Meanwhile, His Royal Highness visited the Heraklion Development Agency to learn about their support programme for refugees.

Their final visit of the day was to a celebration of Cretan food, culture and heritage at Church Square in the village of Archanes.

The Prince and the Duchess participated in a traditional Cretan dance, named siganos, which involves the dancers linking arms and rotating in a circle.

On their second day May 10th, The Prince of Wales met with Archbishop Ieronymos II at the Archbishop's Palace in Athens. His Royal Highness was led to a room full of paintings of former archbishops of Athens and was welcomed by other Greek bishops. The Archbishop said: "Welcome to the land of half of your ancestors." His Royal Highness was given an icon of the Virgin Mary as a gift from the Archbishop.

Later The Prince of Wales met with The Duchess of Cornwall went for walkabout in the Kapnikarea area of central Athens and stopped for refreshments. After visiting the 11th Century Church of St Eirini and the stalls of St Eirini Square, Their Royal Highnesses tried traditional Greek coffee in a local cafe.

Afterwards, they visited stalls with local delicacies including loukoumades, traditional Greek doughnuts, and koulouri, traditional Greek pretzels, before heading to the Byzantine Church of Kapnikarea the final stop on the tour.

After The Prince and The Duchess then arrived at the Commonwealth War Graves site where they were greeted by Captain Tim Ferns, the UK Defence Attache. They gathered for a short ceremony and shared a minute's silence after the sound of a trumpet. His Royal Highness  then laid a wreath on a tomb at the site which displayed the message: "Their name liveth for evermore."

Before departing, Their Royal Highnesses met dignitaries and guests before receiving a short tour of the cemetery and a walking inspection of the Hellenic Armed Forces Honour Guard. The Prince met 101-year-old war veteran, Themistocles Marinos MBE, who had received eight Greek medals - including a Gold Gallantry Cross, Military Cross and Distinguished Services Medal and described him as a "remarkable" man.

They later separated with The Duchess of Cornwall going on to visit the Kaisariani Monastery, where she read a passage from Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone to a group of schoolchildren.

When asked what her favourite book was, The Duchess responded: "When I was very young, which was 100 years ago, I used to love the books of Rudyard Kipling." The children then surprised Her Royal Highness by acting out the scene she had just read to them, before handing her a painting they had done of the Hogwarts Express.

The Duchess of Cornwall is a passionate promoter of literacy and encouraging a love of reading from an early age.

She later also spent time at a women’s shelter to hear the stories of women who have been affected by issues including domestic abuse and violence. The shelter provides free housing, counselling and emergency support to women and children. The services are available to anyone living in Greece. The children who live at the shelter gave Her Royal Highness a beautiful posey before she departed.

Their Royal Highnesses finished the day at The British Ambassador's Residence where they attended a reception to celebrate the different facets of the strong bilateral relationships between Britain and Greece. Guests representing a variety of areas and industries were present, including business, archaeology, security, tourism, media and religion.

On their last visit in France, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall returned to Nice where they visited the Nice Flower Market on May 9th to meet stall holders and members of the public during their final engagement in France.

Arrival in Greece:
After France, they then set off to Greece for the second part of their five-day tour. On landing in Athens, they were welcomed by Her Excellency Kate Smith, the British ambassador to Greece.

Their Royal Highnesses began their visit by attending to a remembrance service at the Memorial of the Unknown Soldier in Syntagma Square, Athens. The Memorial is dedicated to Greeks who have died fighting for their country.

After meeting the Presidential couple and a private exchange of gifts, The Prince of Wales arrived at the Maximos Mansion to meet the Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, while The Duchess of Cornwall went to the Benaki Museum escorted by the Prime Minister's partner, Betty Baziana.

During her visit, The Duchess was shown gold jewellery dating back to the First and Second Centuries, two early works by El Greco and a selection of Greek costumes, but told the tour guide: "I wish I had more time." During the visit, Her Royal Highness joked: "These are great paintings, my husband will be very jealous."

Yesterday, Their Royal Highnesses continue their visit in France by traveling to Lyon to commemorate VE Day.

Their Royal Highnesses were greeted by Mayor Georges Kepenekian and the President of Lyon Metropolitan Area David Kimelfeld, at Parc Tete d'Or where they participated in a ceremony to mark 73 years since the end of World War II. His Royal Highness lay a wreath at the foot of the monument in Parc Tete d'Or to commemorate those who fought in France.

Other groups followed which included a schoolgirl who gently put down a single flower. The VE Day commemoration ceremony concluded with the brass band playing and a choir singing the national anthems of the allies in the Second World War.

Their Royal Highnesses then met hundreds of guests, including veterans, schoolchildren and members of the public.

After the commemorations, in honour of Lyon’s legendary culinary history, Their Royal Highnesses visited Les Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse food market, where they visited various stalls, including a cured meat stall which sells a Lyon-based meat called Saucisson de Lyon. The market is named after Paul Bocuse, one of Lyon's most revered and well-known chefs.

After which the couple separated with The Prince of Wales visiting Interpol HQ, where he was given a tour by Secretary General Jürgen Stock, taking in the building's command centre and meeting staff working on a variety of crime areas, including the illegal wildlife trade, modern slavery and works of art. During the visit, His Royal Highness was briefed on Operation Libertad, which saw the rescue of 350 potential victims of human trafficking across the Americas.

Followed with a visit to ISARA Lyon University to meet a range of students, staff and recent graduates at the campus which is dedicated to agroecology, sustainable development and food science. As a lover and champion of sustainable development His Royal Highness was introduced to former students who have launched their own eco food companies, one of which supplies organic vegetarian meat substitutes to the commercial market.

Meanwhile, The Duchess of Cornwall dropped in at VIFILL SOS Femmes. VIFILL SOS Femmes is a refuge for women and children who have suffered domestic violence.  Her Royal Highness was given a brief tour of the children's reception and shared kitchen. At the end of her visit, The Duchess gave the charity two hampers of baked goods for the women and children to enjoy.

Her Royal Highness concluded the day with a visit to Emmaus Lyon, a French charity which uses social enterprise and recycling to provide long term support to those suffering from homelessness.

The Duchess undertook a tour of the centre's warehouse, following the lifecycle of donated homewares and meeting with resident "companions", the name given to those who live and work within an Emmaus community. The Duchess of Cornwall has been Patron of Emmaus's UK branch since 2006.

On Saturday April 21st, Her Majesty blew her 92nd birthday candle. Her official one is in June for those in the UK and May 21st for those in Canada.

On Day 4 of the CommonWealth Head of Goverment Meeting, Buckingham Palace played setting for The Formal Opening took place in the Ballroom in Buckingham Palace.

The Duchess was in attendance.

Speeches were given from The Prince of Wales, The Prime Minister Theresa May,  the Commonwealth Secretary General Rt Hon Patricia Scotland QC and Head of the Commonwealth, Her Majesty The Queen.

The Duchess of Cornwall known as the Countess of Chester in the City of Chester was honoured by the University of Chester during their Graduation Ceremony today and was awarded in recognition of her commitment to promoting literacy.

According to Clarence House, "The global festival celebrates women and girls, and looks at the obstacles that stop them from achieving their potential." The Duchess is President of the London Southbank Centre's WOW, and met guests including singer Annie Lennox, entrepreneur Liz Earle, author Kate Mosse, broadcaster Mary Portas and author Kathy Lette at today’s event.

The Duchess began her short speech by welcoming "Ladies, and a smattering of very brave gentlemen" to her London home and praised the Women of the World Festival as "an astonishing creation". To continue she said: "This year, WOW will take place in 53 countries across the world.

In August 2017, the Hall was re-opened and is now a thriving centre for business and culture, and during their visit, they were able to meet a number of those who have made it a success.

Next Their Royal Highnesses dropped in to Halifax Borough Market, a Victorian Grade II listed building that was originally opened by The Prince of Wales' great-grand parents The Duke and Duchess of York (later King George V and Queen Mary) in 1896.

After they went their separate ways, with The Prince of Wales then visited Dean Clough Mill, which was once the world's largest carpet factory. It is now a thriving business centre with 150 companies that has employed 4,500 people.

Meanwhile The Duchess of Cornwall travelled to Haworth, to visit the Brontë Museum and Brontë Parsonage, home to the Brontë sisters and the historic collection of their manuscripts, furniture and personal possessions. She met with museum staff and local school children who recently took part in a creative writing competition organised by the Museum. The Duchess is passionate about promoting the importance of supporting literacy both to children and adults alike.

2018 is the bicentenary of the birth of Emily Brontë and to mark the occasion throughout 2017, 10,000 visitors have participated in Clare Twomey's 'Wuthering Heights – A Manuscript' project, which is recreating Emily's lost manuscript. Today The Duchess had the honour of writing the very last line.

With the use of a vintage bus, Her Royal Highness travelled through the beautiful Yorkshire countryside to the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway to celebrate 50 years since it reopened, after its initial closure in 1961.

The heritage line now welcomes over 120,000 tourists and enthusiasts, with volunteers vital to its success. The Duchess met a number of volunteers who have been restoring engines – projects that are being used to help transfer heritage skills to younger trainee engineers.

Her Royal Highness was then treated to a ride on board locomotive 'No.85', travelling inside Saloon 21661 which is best known as the 'Old Gentlemen's Saloon' in the classic film, The Railway Children, which was filmed on this Yorkshire line.

In Rotherham, The Prince of Wales, as President of The Prince's Trust, was able to see first-hand how the Trust's Team Programme is helping disadvantaged young people in the town gain skills and qualifications by working with South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.

The day finished with at Liberty Speciality Steels, where The Prince officially re-started the large furnace. The steel-works had originally been mothballed in 2015, but has since taken over and production has begun again – which has provided 300 local jobs already.
